In 2019, MITO purchased the BAYSIDE plot at Kissonerga Marina, with the vision of developing Serbellas Boutique Hotel—a landmark luxury boutique hotel at the marina.
In 2022, MITO acquired the land for the MITO Sea View Project, aiming to create a benchmark in high-end seafront residential developments. Completion and full handover are scheduled for February 2026.
