Since entering the Cypriot market, MITO has prioritised social responsibility—investing in local university and hospital before expanding its commercial portfolio.

In 2018, MITO’s directors acquired full real estate ownership of Neapolis University, part of Leptos Properties—one of Cyprus’ largest real estate groups.

In 2019, MITO’s directors acquired full real estate ownership of IASIS Hospital, also under Leptos Properties.

In 2019, MITO fully funded the MITO Garden project, which sold out in 2020 and completed full handover in January 2021.

In 2019, MITO purchased the BAYSIDE plot at Kissonerga Marina, with the vision of developing Serbellas Boutique Hotel—a landmark luxury boutique hotel at the marina.

In 2022, MITO acquired the land for the MITO Sea View Project, aiming to create a benchmark in high-end seafront residential developments. Completion and full handover are scheduled for February 2026.

In 2023, MITO purchased a plot adjacent to public schools in Chloraka to develop Oasia Garden—an premium low-rise residence apartment project.

In 2024, MITO acquired a city-centre plot to develop MITO Infinity—a high-end low-rise residence apartment project featuring a futuristic tech-inspired design.

In 2024, MITO purchased another plot along the main municipal road in the city centre for the development of MITO Paramount, a premium low-rise residence apartment project.

In 2024, MITO acquired a coastal plot in Chloraka to develop MITO Mamba—a large-scale, high-end bespoke residential community.
